Denver will soon see chances for snow dry up and then we are in for a stunning warm-up with temperatures to hit near 80° in a few days.
First, let's set the stage with the hourly planner for the greater Denver area:
The snow chance you see in the timeline above ends quickly in the next few hours and we will be relatively quiet in the snow department for quite awhile.
The amount of snowfall remaining isn't too much but there will be rather icy areas from this shower activity.
Overall, the system has already delivered its biggest impact and we are now in the winding down stage ready for a rapid rebound of warmth. Check out the weekly planner!
Should Denver hit the 80-degree mark next week, it would be a bit early but not far off the normal date of April 25th. It certainly isn't the earliest occurrence either as we've hit 80° as early as February 10th (2017) in Denver.
If you are a warm-weather fan, you've been waiting since September 30th to hit the 80s again, it should feel quite nice!
